A celebrant-led ceremony is all about you. It’s completely personalised - your story, your values, your way – it’s a privilege for me to do this in whatever way you want the ceremony to be led.
Whilst a celebrant ceremony is full of meaning and individuality, it’s worth knowing that it isn’t legally binding. The legal part of your marriage is completed separately with a registrar, either before, during or after your celebration.
Registrars take care of the official, necessary legal paperwork for marriage, and are employed by local government. They offer ceremonies in approved council venues or licensed locations, are typically brief in length and follow a standard, non-personalised script.
As a celebrant, I have the freedom to create something truly unique, adding faith and spiritual elements should this be important to you, or adding the special touches that reflect who you are as a couple.
I meet with couples to get to know you before the big day and help plan and personalise your ceremony. Carefully crafting the most meaningful ceremony scripts, pulling together readings or poems that fit in perfectly, and offer suggestions to make it both unique and memorable.
Vow Renewals
Renewing your wedding vows is a beautiful and heartfelt celebration of enduring love.
Whatever has inspired you to mark this special moment - whether a joyful gathering surrounded by family and friends, or a quiet, intimate occasion - your ceremony should reflect the path you’ve shared and the life you’ve built together.
I will work closely with you to create a bespoke ceremony, thoughtfully crafted to honour your story from the day of marriage, to the beautiful chapter you are living today.

Funerals
Losing someone is incredibly emotional, and it can feel overwhelming to know where to begin in planning a funeral.
I’m here to gently guide you through the process for the service - crafting a personal, meaningful farewell that truly reflects your loved one, whilst offering support every step of the way.
With your input, I’ll bring together the memories, stories, and defining moments that create the most vivid picture of your loved one’s life. From selecting meaningful music and poetry to incorporating personal readings and gestures, I'll work closely with you to craft a ceremony that truly honours their memory.
A celebration of life can be crafted to suit the moment and location, whether a cremation, a scattering of ashes or a memorial.
You may have been referred to me by a Funeral Director, or reached out directly – either way, we’ll begin with time together. We can do this face-to-face, over the phone or on a call via FaceTime or Zoom. - I am here to make things as easy as possible for you and your family.
During our time together, I'll listen as you share memories and stories of a special person’s life, allowing me to gather a sense of who they were and the important people and moments in their life. If needed, I’ll help you choose music, readings, and other personal touches to add to the ceremony. Whether this be faith or spiritually based, or not – I take my lead from the needs of the family and friends that I walk alongside, and the wishes if left by the person whose life we are honouring.
Then, you'll receive a draft of the service, giving you the opportunity to make any changes or additions as needed.
I'll coordinate with your chosen Funeral Director to ensure that everything is arranged according to your wishes for the day of the service.
You will receive a full and final approved copy of the service before the day.
On the day of the funeral service, I'll meet you upon arrival and lead the whole service on your behalf.
After the service, I'll provide you with a beautiful copy of the full service.
Through each step of the process, my aim is to provide compassionate support and guidance as you honour your loved one's memory with a heartfelt and meaningful ceremony.
